I am a student majoring in Computer Science, with a vested interest in using technology to optimise processes and improve systems. I have a demonstrated history of taking action in these roles because that is where I thrive best!
Career Aspirations
I aspire to collaborate with a team of individuals with diverse skill sets to create solutions that scale well and provide measurable success. I think technology can offer a solution to problems in a host of different sectors and would like to see myself doing something of great impact and greater difficulty!
Work Experience
I have tutored, primarily in maths and physics, for 5 years. I really enjoy bringing a greater level of understanding to topics that are often met with internal resistance. In my first year of university, I was the managing director of a start-up that disrupted the lead generation industry. I helped transition the business model to include software development.
Other Interests
I volunteer for an organisation that trains students and software engineers to solve under-resourced environmental problems. I also enjoy being out in nature and taking advantage of Cape Town’s abundance of nature. I’m an avid runner too.
